Due to the limited nature of our collections and the artistic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than receiving an incorrect or damaged item.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sola.executive@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Limited Edition and Original Works

Original artwork, limited-edition releases, custom products, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
